Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases at the Andreví Pastissers online shop.

Prices

All prices include VAT. Delivery or shipping costs are shown before you pay.

When you can order

  • Until 23:59 you can order anything for the next day.
  • Special cakes (fondant and personalised) need 3 days.
  • Seasonal products (Christmas, Epiphany, Easter…) can only be ordered for the days of that season.
  • The shop is closed on Mondays and some holidays: the calendar only lets you pick days we are open.

How you get it

  • Collection at the shop (Sala Boadella, 8, Castellar del Vallès), at the time you choose.
  • Local delivery in Castellar del Vallès, Sant Feliu del Racó and Els Airesols (€3.50), and in Can Font and Sabadell (€7). Breakfasts between 8 and 10 am; everything else between 12 noon and 2:30 pm.
  • Courier (some products only: nougat, chocolates…), to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, for €19. We prepare it on the first possible day and it arrives in 24-48 h.

Payment

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (through Stripe) or PayPal. Your order is confirmed once paid; we email you the confirmation.

During the «Més Castellar que mai» campaign, these vouchers can also be used. We validate them at the shop; if a voucher is not valid, we will call you to arrange payment.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel an order, call us on +34 937 145 438 as soon as possible. If we haven't started preparing it, we will refund you.

As these are perishable foods and often made to order (with text, photo or number), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (article 103 of the Spanish consumer protection law).

If there is a problem

If there is any problem with your order, tell us straight away (+34 937 145 438 or info@andrevi.com) and we will sort it out. Official complaint forms are available at the shop.

You can check each product's allergens on its page or on the allergens page. If you have an allergy, please ask us before ordering.
