What data we collect and why

To process your order: name, phone, email, delivery address (if we deliver) and anything you write in the notes or the card message. We use it to prepare and deliver your order, send you the confirmation and a reminder the day before, and call you if needed. Legal basis: the purchase contract.
Basket reminder: if you enter your email and don't finish the order, we may send you a single email with what was in your basket, with no offers or advertising. Legal basis: legitimate interest. You can opt out using the link in that email.
Files you send us (a photo for your cake, a video, a voucher): only to make your order.

We don't send advertising to online shop customers, and we never sell or share your data.

Who else sees it

Only the providers we need for your order: Stripe or PayPal (payment; we never see or store your card details), IONOS (the server hosting this website) and, for courier deliveries, the transport company.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for your order and as required by tax and accounting laws. Unfinished baskets are deleted after a few days.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@andrevi.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
