What data we process and why

• Contact form: your name, email address and the message you write to us, in order to answer your enquiry.
• Orders by phone, WhatsApp or email: the details you give us (name, phone number, date and order details), in order to prepare your order and let you know about it.
• Online shop: the orders you place in our online shop (andrevi.com/botiga). You will find specific information about the data requested there in its privacy policy.

We do not use your data to send you advertising unless you ask us to, nor do we make automated decisions.

Legal basis

Your consent, when you write to us through the form, and the performance of pre-contractual measures or of the contract, when you place an order or make a purchase.

How long we keep it

For as long as necessary to reply to you or fulfil your order and, after that, for the periods required by law (for example, for tax and accounting purposes).

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with anyone, except where required by law. The providers that supply services to us (web hosting, email and the online shop platform) may have access to it, always under a contract that guarantees its confidentiality.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure, objection to, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@andrevi.com or by post to the patisserie's address. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Third-party content

This website displays content from other services if you accept it: Google reviews (via Featurable) and the map (Google Maps). In the online shop, payment is made on the Stripe or PayPal page. These services may receive technical data about your connection. We explain this in the cookie policy.
